This search pulls from the direct feed of our multiple listing service (MLS) with the most accurate and up-to-date property statuses in real-time. Well, it has the most up-to-date information next to talking with me, a human agent who communicates with other human agents before, during & after the addition of new information into the system.
Just enter in some of your criteria and you’ll be seeing the properties directly from our MLS. This is the same system that feeds out to Zillow, Realtor.com… all the real estate sites. Only, here there’s no buffer from the SmartMLS vetted data, no ads, no 3rd party edits (yes, the listings you see on Zillow can be edited from its original content. Ever find something that still looks for sale but isn’t- exactly.) Here there’s no nonsense - nothing between you and the most accurate housing data at your fingertips!
(Sure- the search field below isn’t too pretty to look at. But should a bare-bones, real-time data feed be pretty?? The houses, They’re pretty - go search, pick out a few and let’s go look at those!)

👍 Some tips if using the search on your phone: 1st: Try using Chrome for better results. 2nd: Ignore the “No Matches” window and just Tap the Magnifying Glass icon to get started. 3rd: When using map mode, If ‘Too many results to display’ box appears, X out of the box and try zooming in on the map.
